A hotel bustling amongst the traffic and shopping destinations. Spacious room with facility to meet separately guests. All amenities including kettle, toileteries were available. The buffet breakfast was having good spread. The reception was excellent.

Rooms are clean and spacious. My stay was peaceful. Gatsby bar was also good. They have only beer and wine options. Just opposite this hotel, there is a nice market with ample restaurants. Location is also very good. Overall its a very nice place to stay.

This is a pure business hotel, compact, cozy and very helpful staff. Stayed there for 4 nights in August 2022 while on business trip to Kochi. Location is right opposite carnival Info-park. They have a full-fledged market right across the road with McDonald's and other similar food joints. The Hotel itself has decent ambience, compact rooms, a functional gym, good restro-bar with live music on some evenings. If you're looking for something flashy, you may be disappointed but for a functional hotel for under Rs 2500 this is a cool place.

It was a really good stay for 4 days in Olive Eva. The staff was very supportive with good food and always at our service when needed. The food , ambience and the service was outstanding. The hall provided was well arranged such that it looks grant. The most attractive thing is of ofcource the good food. Along with that the service adds perfection. Our entire family and friends gathered simply liked the function in all aspects.
